My Opinion on the Arizona Immigration bill recently passed. (Blossoming from questions asked to Tamburina regarding her opinions of late.)

Secondly, Here’s what I “asked” her on her tumblr.I love you. You’re entirely right in your judgement that the Arizona Immigration Bill that was passed is one hundred percent Hitler-esque. It’s a basic freedom of the US for any citizen not to have to carry their proof of ID/Citizenship with them ANYWHERE. My dad is a 45 year old Comanche-German, and he refuses to carry any form of ID. People like him know their rights. Your anonymous askers apparently do not know basic human rights in this country. Requiring a state to carry documentation is indeed racial profiling and discrimination. You cannot accuse a person solely based on their appearance (RACE) that they are illegal and do not belong in this country. With the way that bill is heading, citizens could have to start having ID tattoos on their arms and be required to wear certain articles of clothing to prove their worthiness of citizenship to passersby. It’s ridiculous and wrong. It is ABSOLUTELY HITLERISM. There are HUNDREDS of other ways to crack down on illegal immigration. You know how each and every time you get a job, you have to fill out an application? Well, on a lot of those job applications, there’s a question that says, “Can you provide documentation of your US citizenship and your legal right to work in this country?” Well, everybody who wants a job has to fill it out, and that’s how we crack down. Applicants who can’t provide the legal documentation should be reported and not given the job. Simple as that.

I am just going to leave this here because I completely agree with everything you said, and I think people should read it.

Thirdly, you all should see how mad my boyfriend got at me when he found out what I said. He’s rather racist, rather sexist, and he hates my “empowerment-to-the-discriminated-people” attitude. (Discriminated in my wording refers to women, gays, minorities, non-religious people, etc.) I’m really getting tired of his self-righteous “I’m the perfect full-blooded German American male citizen, and if you’re not just like me, I should either own you or kick you out of my country!” attitude.
Lastly, if you have any bitching to do about this post, go here, and I will bitch back because I’m a stubborn, non-religious, 68% gay, equality pushing bitch who loves to argue the point, and more importantly, do it until I win. People who share my beliefs are also welcome to post, I love hearing from you all. I’m open-minded to everyone, and if you have a good point to make, on either side of the fence, I’d love to hear it.

Side-note: NEVER accuse me of being  any certain lump-sum category. I don’t fit into any, and I will tear you apart if you think you can place me into one. Look, the bill states that the Arizona police can stop anyone whom they deem to look “suspicious” and ask them for documentation proving that they are a US citizen or legal resident. How exactly does one look suspiciously like an illegal immigrant?

Oh wait, I know. Since most of Arizona’s illegal immigrant population comes from Mexico, and illegal immigrants in total are about 80% non-caucasian, the police will most likely harass people who are..not white. This is racial profiling. How is racial profiling okay in 2010? I mean, Hitler and the Third Reich did this when they labeled Jews so that everyone would know they are Jewish. This is nowhere that extreme, but it’s a similar thing, it’s heading in that direction.

The bill that was passed is NOT the way to deal with the illegal immigration problem. Just because someone has a differing opinion than you doesn’t mean that they are jumping on a bandwagon.

And you know what, most American citizens agree with me. They don’t want to carry their SS card and birth certificate. They shouldn’t have to, things like that can get lost easily and most people choose to keep them safe somewhere in their home.

And the “seriousness” of illegal immigrants? You do realise that your country is deliberately letting people enter the US illegally? If they wanted to, they could solve the illegal immigration problem, or at least curb it. But they don’t because they need cheap labour.

Damn you’re an idiot..in general.

And if you’re still following me, you should probably stop, as I am an immigrant also. I am not illegal, but you shouldn’t associate yourself with foreigners anyway, they may ruin your pure American blood. GOD BLESS AMURIKA.
